What are your current COVID restrictions?
updated Aug 16, 2021
To help fight the spread of COVID-19, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE wearing masks to our events and keeping them on – over your mouth and nose – for the duration of the event unless actively eating or drinking.
Note that each venue has their own policies that may supersede our own, including but not limited to requiring proof of vaccination and masks. Please check the venue’s website before buying tickets and attending.
Additionally, we strongly suggest getting vaccinated against COVID-19 – find a vaccination location near you here.
We will do everything in our power to make our shows a safe environment for everyone. However, attending a show during this time is at your own risk.
What should I bring to an event?
Your tickets and a form of picture ID. Some form of money is also strongly suggested.
What should I not bring to an event?
Each venue has their own guidelines, but the following are prohibited:
- Weapons or explosives of any kind
- Illegal or illicit substances of any kind
- Outside food or beverage of any kind
- Pets (not including service animals)
- Large backpacks
- Professional audio/video equipment without prior approval
*** SUBJECT TO CHANGE ***
Persons violating these guidelines may be asked to leave the event without refund.
Can I smoke or vape at an event?
Smoking or vaping inside the venue is strictly prohibited. However, the majority of venues we work have an outside area where smoking and vaping is allowed.
How do I purchase tickets to one of your shows?
Tickets can be purchased through CWMevents.com or through the venue hosting the show. In some occasions, tickets may be acquired through local opening acts as well.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Unless otherwise stated in the event details or in the case of an event being sold out, tickets will be available at the door. However, these will usually be at higher price than the presale tickets.
If an event is sold out, will more tickets come available?
Most likely not. If more tickets become available for whatever reason, we will post on our socials.
What is your refund policy?
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued via point of purchase. If an event is postponed, refunds will be available for a designated period of time. Outside of these circumstances, refunds are typically not given.
Are there age restrictions on your events?
Depends on the city/venue. Check the event description BEFORE buying tickets.
Will you post set times for an event?
Only in rare situations. The ticket and FB event pages will mention the door and event start times.
Am I allowed to take pictures or video at an event?
If you’re attending and shooting with a phone, sure.
If you are a professional photographer or videographer, you will likely need to request a pass from the artist’s team. Please contact us before the show for approval. Without prior approval, you will not be allowed to shoot.
Can I cover the event for press?
You will likely need to request a pass from the artist’s team. Please contact us before the show for approval. Without approval, you will not be allowed any special privileges to cover the event.
Can my band play one of your events?
Please send an email with links to your music and socials to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the headliner and date of the show you’re trying to support in the subject line. If we think it’s a fit, we’ll reach back out.
I lost my wallet/phone/keys/soul at one of your events! What do I do?
We do not have a lost and found, so please contact the venue to see if they have it.
